Ever since the first classmate of hers had a birthday, she has been desperate for a crown of her own. If it is someone else's birthday, she usually gets into the van after school holding back tears because she wants to know "My turn for a crown?"
So, Friday was finally her day....and she was all smiles as she got in the van with her crown on her head.
And she has continued to wear it much of the weekend.
