Sadie had her surgery today and all went well. She and Jane will be staying overnight at the hospital and probably another day after that. She hasn't been too inclined to drink yet so most likely won't go home tomorrow morning. We're expecting a large snowstorm here (and maybe ice/freezing rain) so staying until Saturday might be just fine!
We're having fun with Sam. We went to the Children's Museum in Naperville this morning and then to Culver's for lunch. After a couple of stops at Target and Barnes and Noble we returned home to "play." He fell asleep tonight in about 30 seconds after hitting his pillow so playing with Grandma and Papa must be lots of work!
